What happens after my 14-day trial?
Your card is charged for the plan you chose when you started — monthly or annual. You'll get a reminder before that happens, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your profile page whenever you'd like — there's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major debit and credit cards, processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details directly.
Do you offer refunds?
The 14-day trial is designed to give you time to decide before anything is charged, so we don't typically offer refunds afterward — but message us and we'll talk it through.
Do I need to create an account before I see anything?
We'll ask a few quick questions about what you're looking for first, so your dashboard is useful from the very first session — then we'll get you signed up.
Can I use Essencesia on more than one device?
Yes. Your account, your progress and your place in whatever you're listening to all follow you, so you can start on one device and pick up on another.
What if I forget my password?
Use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in page — we'll email you a secure link to set a new one in under a minute.
How do I delete my account?
Email us from the address on your account and we'll remove your data within a few business days — no need to cancel billing separately first.
Is Essencesia Kids appropriate for young children?
Yes — Essencesia Kids is built specifically for children, with calming stories and simple breathing games designed to be gentle and easy to follow.
How often is new content added?
Most weeks. New sessions show up across the seven worlds without needing to update anything.
Can I download sessions for offline listening?
Yes, on mobile. Downloaded sessions stay available without a connection, useful for flights or patchy signal.
